The service life of a product is one of the most important criteria in terms of environmental impact. SPM is committed to manufacturing sustainable products. 
Made from PVC or aluminium, the wall protectors and handrails are all extremely hard-wearing.

SPM wall protection panels have a proven average lifespan of 25 years!

Formulation that is clean: SPM is committed to sustainable and healthy products for its users.
SPM PVC products do not contain heavy metals such as lead, cadmium, arsenic or tin. No PBT (Persistent, Bioaccumulative and Toxic substances). No BPA (Bisphenol A).

Our sturdy handrails are made from aluminium profiles containing up to 60% recycled aluminium, as are our connecting and finishing profiles.

SPM offers its customers a pre-shipment cutting service or the manufacture of made-to-measure lengths (depending on the model).

This factory pre-cutting avoids unnecessary waste on site and can be directly reintegrated into SPM products via a co-extrusion process.

A response to changing lifestyles. 
Homes, sports halls, offices, public buildings, etc. : on average, 80% of our time is now spent indoors. With most building materials emitting Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), indoor air quality has become a major public health issue.

That’s why SPM has reduced VOC emissions from its products to levels up to 100 times lower than standards, i.e. virtually zero. What’s more, our products emit no formaldehyde.

Our products are certified A+ in accordance with ISO 16000, the best emissions level for construction products.

The grain of the SPM protection panels is specially designed to make cleaning easier, thereby reducing the consumption of water and detergent products.
Thanks to its robustness, it also helps to reduce maintenance costs while increasing the durability of buildings.

These standards aim to give a building the ability to ‘control its impact on the external environment and create a comfortable and healthy indoor environment’.

SPM products can be integrated into low environmental impact building projects aiming to follow a High Environmental Quality approach in France and allow points to be obtained on BREEAM and LEED™ certifications abroad.
